These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gula77 platform, including all gaming, betting, account, bonus, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Gula77 provides deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who self-exclude may not create new accounts during the exclusion period. We take our duty of care to players seriously.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and Gula77 ("Gula77", "we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at gula77.lat ("the Platform", "the Website").

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Gula77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of Account use:
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Gula77 platform. Opening, operating, or using multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. The name provided during registration must exactly match the name on your payment methods and KYC documents. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Gula77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security. You agree to notify Gula77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
Gula77 operates a mandatory KYC process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, Players must successfully complete identity verification by submitting: (i) a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License); (ii) a selfie photograph clearly holding the same identification document; and (iii) where required, a proof of address document issued within the preceding three months. KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission of complete documentation.
Gula77 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC-20 network). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at Gula77's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Gula77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. FPX bank transfers are credited upon receipt of confirmation from the relevant financial institution. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after one (1) network confirmation on the relevant blockchain.
All funds deposited into a Gula77 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be refused and refunded. Gula77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method used.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same Account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. Gula77 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Gula77 targets the following processing times following approval of a withdrawal request: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5–30 minutes; bank transfer (FPX/DuitNow) — typically 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals — typically 1–2 network confirmations after dispatch.
Before a withdrawal will be approved, the following conditions must all be satisfied: (i) the Account must have successfully completed KYC verification; (ii) all applicable wagering requirements on any active or recently claimed Bonus must be fully met; (iii) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available withdrawable balance; (iv) the Account must be in good standing with no outstanding security reviews or disputes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method and are detailed in the Player's Account dashboard. VIP Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing.
Gula77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount. This may include requesting updated identification documents, payment method confirmation, or source of funds documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of any such verification.
Gula77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the promotion.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in each individual promotion's terms. The wagering requirement is calculated as: Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier = Total Required Wagers.
While a bonus is active in a Player's Account, the maximum permitted stake per round or bet is RM250 to RM500 (as specified per individual promotion). Stakes exceeding the stated maximum bet limit during bonus play will be deemed a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Not all games contribute equally to the completion of wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, the following contribution rates apply: Slots — 100%; Live Dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo — 10–20%; Crash and Instant Win games — 50%; Sports Betting — 50%. Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Players are advised to review the applicable promotion page for game exclusion lists.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry window, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, Gula77 applies a standard expiry window of 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds that have not been converted within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Gula77 reserves the right to limit or refuse bonus claims where it identifies patterns of bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
All games available on the Gula77 platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), sports betting, crash games, and fishing games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface, and by these Terms.
Sports betting markets on Gula77 — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other markets — are subject to the following: all bets are final once confirmed; odds displayed are correct at the time of bet placement and may not be changed post-confirmation; Gula77 reserves the right to void or amend odds in the event of manifest error; maximum payout limits per event apply as displayed in the sportsbook interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server records, which are final. Gula77 shall not be liable for interrupted gameplay resulting from issues with the Player's device, internet connection, or service provider. Any bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction on the Gula77 side will be voided and stakes refunded.
Gula77 reserves the right to void any bet, game result, or payout that was made or paid as a result of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or system errors — regardless of whether any funds have already been credited to the Player's Account. In such circumstances, the erroneous transaction will be reversed and the Account adjusted accordingly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gula77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

Any Player may request self-exclusion from the Gula77 platform at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion may be applied for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. During any active self-exclusion period, the Player must not attempt to open a new Account or circumvent the exclusion in any way. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All content on the Gula77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of Gula77 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content; modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar tools on the Platform; or use any Gula77 brand elements without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gula77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption to service.
Gula77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gula77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from error, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Gula77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (i) these Terms have been breached; (ii) the Player does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility criteria; (iii) the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (iv) a Player has requested Account closure; or (v) Gula77 is required to do so by regulatory or legal obligation.
Upon permanent Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings under review) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completion of all applicable withdrawal verification requirements.
Players who voluntarily wish to close their Account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closures requested for responsible gambling reasons will be processed as Self-Exclusion and treated accordingly under Section 10.3 of these Terms.
Gula77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Gula77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players by way of a notification on the Platform, an email to the registered Account address, or a prominent announcement on the Website prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including their formation, interpretation, performance, or breach — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gula77 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between Gula77 and a Player, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through Gula77's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting our support team via the live chat channel or by email. Gula77 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a resolution or escalation update within 14 business days.
Where internal resolution is not possible, the dispute may be referred to an independent third-party arbitration body as designated by Gula77 from time to time. The decision of such an arbitration body shall be final and binding on both parties.
